Pumpkin Art

What a cute pumpkin.I made the pumpkin with the Layering Oval Dies. I cut three ovals out and inked the edges with a sponge dauber in Pumpkin Pie ink. I cut a piece of Crumb Cake cardstock at 4 1/4 inches by 11 inches and scored it long side at 5 1/2 inches for my base. I cut 3 inches off the front of the Crumb Cake cardstock. I added Whisper White cardstock to the bottom layer of the Crumb Cake cardstock measuring 5 1/4 x 4 inches. I cut another piece of Whisper White Cardstock at 2 3/4 x 4 inches. I laid the Whisper White cardstock on the Stamparatus and placed the Buffalo Check Stamp on the door and inked it up with Pumpkin Pie.  After stamping the Buffalo Check background. I attached the Whisper White cardstock to the extra piece of Crumb Cake cardstock that I cut off at the beginning. I used a piece of scrap Crumb Cake that was two inches wide and cut out a topper with the Scalloped Tag Topper Punch and adhered it behind the the Crumb Cake. I arranged the ovals how I wanted them to create my pumpkin and glued them in place. For the greenery I used the Leaf Punch. I adhered the pumpkin and greenery to the Pumpkin Pie Buffalo Check. I used the sentiment from Varied Vases. I stamped the sentiment in Pumpkin Pie ink and cut the end in arrow. For the final step I added Crumb Cake Bakers Twine to the Scalloped Tag Topper to make a bow.

Perennial Essence and Beautiful and Strong

This weeks challenge from Rhonda's Creative Corner is a Color Challenge. It will begin 9/27/2019 and run through 10/2/2019.  You must use Crumb Cake, Merry Merlot, and Pretty Peacock on your card.

For my card I used a sheet of Crumb Cake cardstock for the base. The base measures 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches. The next layer is the Stitched Rectangle Dies. I used the die measuring approx. 4 3/4 x 3 1/2 and cut out the Merry Merlot cardstock. I used another Stitched Rectangle Die approx 4 1/2 x 3 for the Pretty Peacock cardstock. For my sentiment I used the Stitched Nested Label Die. I choose the one measuring approx 4 1/4 x 2 1/2. The sentiment comes from the Strong and Beautiful stamp set. I stamped You have what it takes to be Unstoppable & I couldn't be more Proud in Merry Merlot ink. I used a piece of White Vellum with the Perennial Flower Stamp set to stamp the flower in Whisper White ink. After the ink dried I used the Perennial Flower Punch to punch the flower out. I adhered the two pieces together with a mini glue dot. For the center I added the Perennial Essence Floral Center. The final piece is a piece of Braided Linen Thread.

Soft Spring

The card base is 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches in Highland Heather cardstock. I then cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock at 5 1/4 x 4 inches and layered it on top. I then took another piece of Whisper White  cardstock and cut it at 5 x 3 3/4 inches. I used the craft brushes to add Gorgeous Grape ink, Old Olive ink, Daffodil Delight ink, Coastal Cabana ink, and Melon Mambo ink. I then used Memento Tuxedo Black ink to stamp the flower from the Soft Spring stamp set. I used the thank you sentiment from the Sweetly Swirled stamp set. What a fun simple card. Halloween Treat Box Make and Take

Join my for an afternoon of fun in my home. We will be making treat bags for the kids. You will make five Halloween Treat Bags to take with you. The cost of the class is $15 for just the treat bag or $20 if filled with goodies. The treats that I have displayed are just placed in the bag so you can see the size of the box. Daisy Lane and Gather Together

I mixed Gather Together stamp set with Daisy Lane to create this card.The base of this card is Early Espresso cardstock cut and folded at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches. The next layer is Very Vanilla cut at 5 1/4 x 4 inches. I took the leaf from the Gather Together Stamp set and stamped it once in the left corner and once towards the right corner using Crumb Cake ink. I used the dies from Seasonal Layers to cut out two leaves out of Copper Foil. I then placed them somewhat over the leaves I stamped. I stamped two daisies in each color Pretty Peacock, Pumpkin Pie, and Crushed Curry cardstock. I used the coordinating inks to stamp the daisies. I punched the daisies out by using the large daisy punch. I added a dimensional in between the matching daisies and layered them. For the center I added the Perennial Essence Floral Centers. I then stamped the sentiment from Gather Together onto a stitched layering oval die and placed it on a dimensional and applied it to the upper left hand corner. I hope you enjoyed this card. Set Sail In The Direction Of Your Dreams

The base of this card is made in Night of Navy Cardstock cut at 5 1/2 x 4 inches. The next layer is Come Sail Away Designer Series Paper cut at 5 1/4 x 4 inches. I then cut a piece of Night of Navy cardstock at 4 x 2 3/4 inches. I  laid a piece of Burlap Ribbon under the Night of Navy cardstock. I then cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock at 3 3/4 x 2 1/2 inches. I made a circle using the light Pool Party Stampin' Blends. I used Night of Navy ink and stamped the large boat on a piece of scrap Whisper White cardstock. I used the matching die to cut it out. I attached the boat in the circle with adhesive and stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy ink. I hope you enjoyed this card. If you would like to follow my tutorials hit the follow button. Beautiful Friendship

A very big congratulations and best wishes to you.  The card base is made using Old Olive cardstock cut at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches. The next layer is Whisper White cardstock cut at 5 1/4 x 4 inches. I used Daffodil Delight ink, Pumpkin Pie ink, Pear Pizzaz and Green Olive ink to stamp the flowers and leaves.  I used pearl embellishments to dress it up. To The Woman Who Does It All With Grace & Wisdom

I know many woman in my life who will be receiving this card. For the base I cut a piece of Daffodil Delight Cardstock at 11 x 4 1/4 inches. I turned the paper to the landscape side (long side) and scored it down the middle at 4 1/4 inches. I then folded the card in half on the score line to make my base. I cut a piece of Soft Suede cardstock to 5 1/4 x 4 inches and placed in the card base. I cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock at 5 x 3 3/4 inches and placed it on the Stampuratus. I placed the Buffalo Check stamp on the Stamparatus and inked it up with Soft Suede ink. I moved my Whisper White cardstock just a tiny bit and inked my stamp up again with Soft Suede ink and stamped again. This is how I got the image to be off a little bit. I then attached this layer to the Soft Suede cardstock. I took a piece of Burlap ribbon and cut it at 3 3/4 inches and laid it towards the bottom of the Buffalo check layer. I used Daisy Lane to stamp two flowers out on Daffodil Delight cardstock. I stamped the images using Daffodil Delight ink. I used the Large Daisy punch to punch out the flowers.  I used a Stampin' Dimensional to place one flower on top of the other. I added adhesive to the bottom of the flower and placed it on top of the burlap. I added a Gold Faceted Gem to the middle of the flower.  I used the Leaf Punch to punch out the leaves in Old Olive cardstock and arranged them on two sides. I used the sentiment from Strong & Beautiful. I Stamped the sentiment on Whisper White cardstock in Soft Suede ink and used the stitched rectangle dies to cut it out. I took the next size up in the stitched rectangle dies and cut out a piece of Daffodil Delight cardstock to use as a background for my sentiment.

Woven Heirloom Bundle

I absolutely love this Woven Heirloom Bundle. I promised you would see more cards using this bunde. Unfortunately I needed a sympathy card. I was immediately drawn to this set. For this card I used Seaside Spray cardstock. I cut it at 11 x 4 1/4 inches. I then turned the page to landscape side (long side) and scored it at 4 1/4 inches. I then folded it in half on the score line. The next layer is Terracotta Tile cardstock cut at 5 1/4 x 4 inches. The next layer is Woven Threads Designer Series paper cut at 5 x 3 3/4 inches. I used the Heirloom frame dies to cut the frame in Terracotta Tile cardstock. Once I cut the frame out I ran the Terracotta Tile frame the Big Shot with the Heirloom frame embossing folder. I stamped the sentiment on a piece of Whisper White cardstock with Tuxedo black Memento ink. I added the scroll at the bottom in Seaside Spray ink. I placed my sentiment down and then glued the frame to the top.

Sweetly Swirled Thank You

What a pretty thank you card this is. I used the Sweetly Swirled stamp set for this card. The base of this card is Pretty Peacock cardstock cut at 11 x 4 1/4 inches. It is then scored at 4 1/4 inches on the landscape side (long side) and folded in half. The next layer is a piece of  Vellum cardstock cut at 5 1/4 x 4 inches. I then added a Piece of Blackberry Bliss as the last layer cut at 5 inches x 3 1/4 inches. I stamped the large oval swirl, leaves, and flowers on a piece of Whisper White cardstock. I cut the oval swirl out with an oval die from the Layering Oval Dies. The flowers and leaves are cut by hand. The sentiment was added to a piece of Crushed Curry cardstock cut at 3/4 inches wide by 3 1/4 inches long. I stamped thank you in Blackberry Bliss ink . I then cut the ends of the cardstock. I stamped the flowers in Terracotta Tile ink and Pretty Peacock ink. The leaves are stamped in Mossy Meadow ink. The floral sprouts are stamped in Soft Suede and Blackberry ink. Sail Home Thanks

The Sail Home Bundle is perfect for this Thanks card. I used a piece of  Night of Navy cardstock cut at 4 1/4 by 11 inches. It is scored at 4 1/4 and folded in half. I used a sheet of the Come Sail Away Designer Series paper cut at 5 1/4 x 4 inches. I used the Layering square die in Night of Navy cardstock for my next layer. I cut out a stitched square out of the Stitched Shape Dies on Crumb Cake cardstock. I stamped the birds on the Crumb Cake stitched label square.
 I stamped the sail boat and the Thanks on a piece of scratch Whisper White cardstock. I used the Sailboat die from the Sail Home Bundle to cut out the sailboat. For the sentiment I cut out the navy blue scrap from Stitched Nestled Dies as well as the Thanks. I added the night of navy/ Sahara Sand bakers twine to the side and tied it in a knot. Country Home

I have many people in my life that I am so Grateful for. I love to send cards to brighten someones day. The Country Home stamp set is just that. 

For this card I used Mossy Meadow cardstock cut at 11 x 5 1/4 and scored at 4 1/4. I used a piece of Designer Series paper from Come Sail Away. This piece is cut at 5 1/4 x 4 inches. I used Whisper White to cut out a doilie. I stamped the milk can, hello, and  the cotton spray on Whisper White Cardstock with Black Momento ink. I used the Smoky Slate Stampin' blends in both the light and dark to color the milk can. I use Glossy Accents to put a layer of clear gloss over the milk can. I used the Smoky Slate Stampin' blends, Old Olive light and dark bends, and Rich Razzlberry dark and light blends. I cut a Q-tip up and added cotton balls where the cotton should be. I used Mossy Meadow Linen thread for an accent. I stamped the sentiment on Whisper White cardstock with Rich Razzleberry ink.  I then cut the sentiment out with the stitched rectangle dies. Snow Globe Shaker

Hello Stampers. I have had some questions about the Snow Globe Shaker so I have uploaded a video to show you how it works. As always Happy Crafting.

Still Scenes Season Greetings

The Holiday Catalog is available to EVERONE. This card features the Still Scenes Bundle. I used Night of Navy cardstock for the card base. The dimensions of the base are 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches. I then used a sheet of Whisper White cardstock and embossed dots on it and used the matching die to cut an insert for the snow globe shaker. The Whisper White layer is cut at 5 1/4  x 4. I used the same globe die and cut out the globe onto a scrap piece of the Whisper White. I used sponge daubers to add Night of Navy ink, Balmy Blue ink and Seaside Spray Ink. I added white paint to a paint brush with a little water and tapped the brush to get white drops onto the background, I then stamped the house on another scrap of Whisper White Cardstock. I used the house die to cut the house out.  I colored the house with the Stampin' Blends in Crumb Cake using both the light and dark blends, the door is colored with Real Red, light and dark blends. I also used the dark Crumb Cake Stampin' blend to color the branches on the tree. I used the Season's Greetings stamp in Delicata Silver Shimmery ink. I stamped the sentiment on a sheet of Night Of Navy piece of cardstock cut at 1 inch and then trimmed the ends off. I attached the house to the scrap piece of Whisper White that I added it to the blue background with Stampin' dimensionals. I used a scrap piece of Night of Navy Cardstock to cut out the base of the Globe. I added the decorative base using a piece of Silver foil paper. I adhered the snow globe shaker with a little bit of ice stampin' glitter onto the back of the Whisper White Layer and also the top of the Night of Navy Cardstock. Free As A Bird Thank You

Free As A Bird is such a versatile Bundle. For this card I used Flirty Flamingo cardstock for the base card cut at 5 1/2 x 4 1/4 inches. I cut a piece of Whisper White cardstock at 5 1/4 x 4 inches and stamped it with Sahara Sand ink on to the Birch Cling Stamp. I used the Bird Ballad Designer Series paper to fussy cut the birds. The Stitched Label dies are perfect for creating all sorts of cards. This is the perfect bundle for a beginner stamper or a seasoned stamper. Beautiful Friendship Birthday card

I must admit the Beautiful Friendship stamp set has to be one of my all time favorites. I love the differences of color without stamping off. I used Pear Pizzazz for the card base. I used a sheet of Whisper White cut at 5 1/4 by 4 inches and then another piece of Whisper White cut at 5 x 3 3/4 inches to stamp on. The colors I used were Highland Heather, Rocco Rose, Pear Pizzazz, and Sahara Sand. I used the Stitched Square and a regular square die to cut out the frame. As always happy crafting. ❤️
