Press On with Mint Macaron


 

Welcome to Rhonda's Creative Corner. It is a very beautiful cool fall morning here in Oklahoma. What a perfect day to use the Press On stamp set as I sip on my coffee.  

I made the A2 base (5 1/2" x 4 1/4") using Crumb Cake cardstock. The following layer is Very Vanilla cut at 4" x 5 1/4".  Using the sponge daubers I added some Crumb Cake ink around the edges. I used a piece of Mint Macaron card stock cut at 3 3/4" x 5" for the next layer. I placed the Mint Macaron cardstock in the Tasteful Textiles 3D folder and ran it through the Stampin' Cut and Emboss machine.  The next layer is Crumb Cake cardstock cut at 3 1/4" x 4 1/2".  The top layer is Very Vanilla cut at 3" x 4 1/4". I again used the sponge daubers with crumb cake ink on the edges. The images are also stamped in crumb cake ink. I stamped the coffee cups twice and cut out the coffee cup with the heart out with paper snips. Using the light Mint Macaron Stampin' Blend I colored in the heart and added a dimensional to the back to pop it up. I added a strip of Gilded Autumn designer series paper cut at 1/2" x 3" towards the bottom. To draw out the gold in the Gilded Autumn designer series paper I added some Gilded Gems.
